Michael Prasad

Michael Prasad is an emergency management practitioner whose tradecraft for the NSPAO covers homeland security/domestic threats from people and their potential impact on incident readiness command and control. He is a senior research analyst for Barton Dunant and a consultant to the Mangeri Group, LLC, and Emergency Services Consulting International, Inc. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Ohio University and is pursuing a master's degree in emergency and disaster management from American Public University.
